Hi Dhruva,
Thank you for the screenshot. What you are showing in the image is a list view. Be sure to delete the appropriate tables from both the Forms Sections and Lists related lists (both shown in the above image.) If you have it available in the list, select that view, then open a record, it will display like your image in the form header as well even though there may not be a mobile view for that form available.

Navigate to System UI> Views
Locate and open the "Mobile" record. In the related list of Form Sections (and Lists) it will tell you which tables have a Mobile view associated with them. Delete the appropriate records there.

Hi Dhruva,
Are you on task list? or task form?
If you are on form then go to the view>Mobile> form section> check on which table you don't want to see the "mobile" view and then delete that , but before doing it
open the form and go to the form section and select the mobile view and then clear the fields that are available under "Mobile". after that you will not be able to see "mobile" view on form.
If you are on list.
Go to the lists>> check the table name that you don't want to see that and then delete.
after that try to change it to default , once page will upload you will not see the "Mobile" view
Thanks,
Harshvardhan
