It is working with UI Policy with condition Mandatory, visible, read only to false.

Hello Krishna,
You cannot hide mandatory variables,and what the meaning in hiding variables,if you want to hide then you are making it mandatory.
but still try once with UI POLICY.

If you want to hide it for some particular conditioon,will you please tell the condition
like when incident state is IN PROGRESS we want to hide description as a example
so you need to create UI POLICY on incident form,with condition as state is inprogress
and in ui policy action please musr set below two thing
1st set mandetory as false,inly then you can hide
2nd. ui policy action is make visible false.
Please note you cannot hide mandetory field directly you need to make it un mandeteory first before hiding
