How to hide mandatory variable

How to hide mandatory variable in catalog item. This variable is mandatory in variable set

It is working with UI Policy with condition Mandatory, visible, read only to false.

If you want it as mandatory then why to hide it?

If you still want to hide it then you will have to set some value and then make it hidden.

use onLoad catalog client script

then please set some value inside it and then hide it
