Hi,
Can anybody please tell me How to Hide/Suppress Standard Change Forms on Service Portal not make it inactive but only hide from portal not backend. Like we we have for catalog items to hide from portal.
Thanks in advance.

You can leave the OOB ACL with admin override checked, only downside of updating the OOB ACL is that in future upgrades, if this ACL is updated by servicenow, then this ACL wont be updated automatically.
If you want to avoid all this, just create one more ACL with same config as OOB but with admin over ride checked. That would solve upgrade problems.
Thanks

Hi Abhishek,
Okay got it. But every time i create a standard template/form i have to do the same process again n again. Tick admin overrides & untick later. So just wanted to know any other better way.
Thanks

No you dont need to repeat the process, Iust once you need to Check Admin overrides checekbox and keep it as checked as it wonr make any changes or impact to any record or any user.
