I cloned my production instance to my development instance. However I need to restore my development instance back prior to the cloning to retrieve data that was not on the production instance. What is the process to accomplish this?
Thanks,
Cedron J

Hi,
You'd need to open an HI (High Incident) ticket with ServiceNow and explain in detail what happened and what you'd like to have happen. ServiceNow makes backups of our instances at various points you'd need to get with them to rollback your development instance. The sooner this is done the better...as they only keep a week worth of backups before the last one falls off each day.
Side note: they don't work anything lower than a P2 on the weekend.
