I have an issue when I enabled Performance Analytics in Service Now

I am trying to play around with PA in SNOW,     After I enabled the plugins and had the historical data job run   I got the below errors.   I don't see any data in the dashboard.   Can someone help?

Invalid query conditions: resolved_atONToday@javascript:gs.daysAgoStart(0)@javascript:gs.daysAgoEnd(0)^EQ

usually Performance Analytics out of the box runs once a day to show all previous data. So when you get to work in the morning, you are seeing everything before today- unless you schedule   it to run more frequently. . Also This query looks a little long and either has a redundancy or a conflict . Wouldnt Resolved Today be enough without DaysAgoStart(0) or days Ago end in there?

We just enable the PA plugins. Where do you see all previous data?

Thanks, but the query is what comes out of the box and when I enabled the PA plugin. I have not changed any of the query.   Any ideas?


I have the same error.   I expected it to work OOB as advertised.   Did you query ServiceNow?   I'm going to enter a ticket in HI.
