Implementing phone notifications

Is it possible to implement a workflow so that when an incident occurs, a phone call will be made (and will continue to ring until the person in charge notices it)?

@ayano Yes, you can using servicenow On-Call module and trigger rules.

You can look into pagerduty and it's implementation with ServiceNow
