You should do it in the BIO field of your community profile. Take a look at a few profiles and you will get it.

What's the context?  Looking for a new job?  

If so...

- get your LinkedIn profile in order.  Be sure to talk about projects you've done / apps you've built vs plain statements of being admin or dev.
- don't worry about your bio here (yet).  Practically nobody's doing specific searches on ServiceNow Community.  They're doing passive searches (more on that next).
- keep your eyes on the ServiceNow Jobs subsection of this community.  Tons of passive searchers who will provide their own instructions for contact.
