Is it possible for a List field to have slush bucket functionality in the platform view?

Hi,

When using a List field in the platform view (not the service portal), is it possible for it to have slush bucket functionality to enable multiple items to be selected? Currently, a person has to keep on clicking the magnifying glass to add items or they just have to know the names and can type them one by one. Ideally, I am looking for it to open a list where the user can select all the values they need and then lock the field back.
