Is there a way to login directly to Agent workspace

I have a thought to directly login to agent workspace without logging into instance. Can that be achievable?

Hi Sravani,

You are always redirected to general login page, but you can redirect the user to AW after login, that too after making the necessary changes in SPEntryPage script include to redirect the user to Agent Worspace

I mean you have to provide the url of Agent Workspace in the SPEntryPage based on roles
