Is there a way to reset a form layout back to default?

Hi Community,
We are looking to export the data we have in our CMDB and start a fresh and remove any customizations that have taken place prior to geneva.
I know there hasn't been a huge change in this space, but we are looking to really start as fresh as possible in this space.
We have all of the data we need for now, but the way Asset's and Configuration Items, product models etc are currently being used is wrong, and the forms and layouts have been highly customised prior to wanting to use them properly.
Based on the above, I would really like to understand without having to go back into every single update set if there is a way I can refresh the layouts of forms etc back to default?

Hi Pradeep,
I still cannot find this.
As an example I went into the Incident table > Open an Incident. > Right Clicked and selected Configure > Form Layout.
Selected "Show Versions"
I now only see this as the last updated version. However this is not the default UI.. this is the first time I edited the table
