list view different for user

Hi,

I have configured the mobile view to show certain fields in the list layout. I have reset to defaults and then updated the layout by right clicking > list layout. In our service portal we point to the mobile view to display a list of incidents. These changes are visible for admins but not other users. 

There are no custom/default views configured for users so im not sure why it does not show for others.

Can you check for security issues, does user has access to view those fields?

Can you try updating service portal view ("sp") as well for incident table

I have edited the service portal view also, it actually has different fields on so dont think it is linked. It hasnt changed in the portal anyway.

Hi Vignesh,

It was a read ACL rule applied to those fields. as they had previously been visible in the portal i didnt think to check any ACL changes.
