Hello,
I have three problems that could really use the community's help. Thank you in advance!
- How can I check which view users are using when it comes to incident and other forms?
- How to make "Default" view the preferred view for ALL users (ITIL and others) on forms like incidents...?
- How to hide the option for a self-service view?
Problem right now is, as admins we create new mandatory fields when folks are submitting these forms. But some users opt into self-serv view, and the new fields we create are not being added to the self-serv view, and they can easily bypass the mandatory fields and submit the incidents.
