Managing Attachments form on Agent Workspace - How to download all attachments ?

It appears that the "attachment' feature does not allow the option to "Download all" documents. This is available on the Incident form on the Now platform. Can someone tell me why are these different? Can this be configured to have the same capability?

Not sure if anyone has found anything since this original post started in 2020.

But I recently found this post that might help if no one has found a solution:

In that post referenced above, @Allen Andreas talks about creating this feature within the Agent Workspace.

I too am surprised that having the ability to download all attachments, just like we can on the platform hr case form, is not OOTB in the agent workspace for hr case management.
