Hi,
Have anybody configured Change process to handle multiple CI's in a single Change Request. I do not want Bulk CI plug in, as it allows you to select CI only from single class of CI's.
My requirement is to capture all impacted CI's (which may belong to different classes) in affected CI related list and my check conflict should run on all CI's rather than then one present in current.cmdb_ci.
Appreciate any help/suggestions. Thanks

When we added CIs to the affected CIs list, we found that when you open the CI record it did not record that a change had been scheduled against it.
So we created a new field called Configuration Items and use this on our change request form to allow multiple CI's.

Hi David,
Did you implement multiple CI's in related list or in the change form itself using multiple choice list?
Thanks

I have the same need- I need to add multiple CIs to a change request and I need to be able to add them from multiple classes.
Right now the Add Affected CIs interface is forcing me to pick from the same class as the primary CI and I can't find a way to change this so that I can pick CIs from other classes.
I see above how to ensure that the affected CIs are checked for conflicts, but don't see a note about how to add CIs from any class.
thanks!
