Hi
There is no Mobile view by default for the sc_req_item table and so you have to create one using the steps below:
Steps to add mobile list view
- Go to System UI -> Views
- Find the Mobile view
- On the lists tab add the sc_req_item table
- Open the new sc_req_item sys_ui_list record
- Add the elements and their position as you would like them to appear.
For more information use below link:
How to add column fields in List view - In Portal
There is no Mobile view by default for sc_req_item and so it uses the task one.
Hope this helps!
Please mark my answer is correct and helpful.

Hi,
It looks like to me it is an OOB "Data Table from URL Definition" widget, so you can try below options and see if they work for you or not.
Widget "data table from URL defination" used "widget-data-table" widget to show the list view of any table.
it expects "view" option. if you don't pass view it takes view called "mobile" as default view(which is happening right now in this widget) OOB and even if you add fields in the Instance option it will not show up.
You need to update this view in order to show extra fields you want or pass view as option.
Follow below steps to update "mobile" view for Incident table.
1)on side navigation type "incident.list" and hit enter as shown below: Or just type Incident and open any module of incident Application menu say for example "Open"
2)Select view as "mobile" as shown below:
3)right click on number column (or any other column on the header) and got to configure-->list layout.
4)add any fields you want to right side of bucket and save it.
For example I have added Assigned to as shown below:
Result:
Else please share the details and I can assist you here.
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
