Hello All ,
I migrated Kbs from instance B to Instance A , which resulted multiple knowledge articles duplication with same number but different content in them(i.e. one was from A and second was from B Instance); Hence many Kbs have two records with same kb number.
Now the challenge comes , How can i change the number of that newly migrated kb article to system generated Kb number, and do this for all duplicated kbs which resulted due to migration.
e.g.. in above screenshot; i need to create this second article as a new article and not with some already existing kb number ;
Please advise
