Not able to implement specific approval policy in the Change Management

Hi everyone,

I am looking for guidance on how to implement a specific approval policy in the Change Management module.

For a Normal Change, the approval process should be as follows:

  • Approval goes to the CAB team, which consists of 6 groups.
  • The change is deemed approved when at least 50% of the people in each group have approved, and at least 50% of the groups (3 out of 6) have provided their approval.

Has anyone implemented a similar policy? Could you please share your approach?

I don't believe that it's possible to have that kind of logic on the group level. You either create the group approvals or don't. And once they are created they need to be done.

So I believe you would have to have this logic elsewhere (Flow or business rule) that would monitor the group approvals and update the remaining ones to "no longer required" once the treshold is met.
