Hi everyone,
I am looking for guidance on how to implement a specific approval policy in the Change Management module.
For a Normal Change, the approval process should be as follows:
- Approval goes to the CAB team, which consists of 6 groups.
- The change is deemed approved when at least 50% of the people in each group have approved, and at least 50% of the groups (3 out of 6) have provided their approval.
Has anyone implemented a similar policy? Could you please share your approach?
