Hello everyone, I am very new to ServiceNow and I am currently struggling with attachments as related list in Workspace. I have created a relationship which allows me to show attachments from RITM on a SCTASK as related record. But if I want to open/preview these attachments it doesn't work since only the list of attachments is schown.:
If I click on a record I get a new window opened with attachment record detailes but no option to open the attachment itself:
I would like to be able to open and view attachments like it is possible to do on a RITM. Any suggestions?
