Order guides are not searchable when searched using the short description of one of the catalog item

I have AI search enabled and when I try to search the order guide using the short description of one of the catalog item under that order guide it is not appearing in the results, but when I search using the name of the catalog item it is working fine, can anyone help with this how to fix this, because the short description weight is also defined and it should work?

 

Also one more query the meta field was not suppose to work in AI Search but it is working in Utah , when searched with one of the meta keywords the results are appearing in the portal, have they added meta back for ai search for catalog items?

Hi preeti19, I would verify your Indexed Source and make sure that nothing is impeding that field from being indexed. If there is field-level security on that field, it will not be indexed by AI Search. 

 

To answer your follow up question, yes, meta has been added to the AI Search index default settings.
