Hi,

I have a issue in portal where the content is duplicating twice we did find out the root cause its due to error in code.

But this issue happened only in test and prod environment want to find out how this occurred but i am not able to find it. How to find out if the issue was caused by latest update set movement or by something else and I need to know how can we track the history and debug it.

Hi there,

 

What kind of content do you mean here? Submitting a catalog item? Or the attachments on catalog items? Or comments on Catalog Items or Knowledge Articles? Etc..

 

What else can you share? For example since when is this occurring, or already for a long while? What changed in that time frame? Are you using out-of-the-box widget or custom ones which might cause this?
