"Out of office" email is creating incident

Hi team,

Some of "out of office" reply from users , are creating incident.

Please suggest how to avoid it ?

Go to your email properties, and add the Out of Office prefix here to ignore the incoming mail.

I am guessing you need to add: 'automatic reply:'

Some of the email subject does not starts with "automatic reply" that are customized OOO.



How to avoid it ?

Also recently we have enabled OOO for tickets updates so we need it ,   but it should not create any incident.

In that case, you might need to pick up words from body and add them in condition. I guess, 'out of office' or 'ooo' is definitely present in the email body, you can add this in Conditions:
