Refused due to the table's cross-scope access policy

Hi, I'm trying to comment on a support ticket within the portal, but I'm getting this error. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Hi @jkelvynsant,

 

check the impacted table to see whether it allows all scopes or just its own scope. 

 

Example on my custom table:

Check the Accessible from field: All applications versus This scope only,

Also the Can-access fields: can read, create, update, delete and eventually the Access via web services.
