We were tasked with updating the INC and RITM forms by moving the existing Related Lists to the where our other tabs are located. The objective is to eliminate a lot of scrolling on those records where the activity notes can be lengthy.
The Related List was moved and is not visible in line with other tabs on the form. Image-1 below is from RITM. The Catalog Tasks, Approver, and Related Attachments tab were shifted. However, the 'New' button is no longer visible.
Upon navigating to Configure > List Control, the options are pared down compared to that when under the typical Related Lists sections. [See image-2]
Is there a method we can incorporate all functionality in the Related List after it has been moved/embedded in the actual form?

Embedded lists behave differently than related lists. The only way to insert a new record is via "Insert a new row" as shown in your screenshot. UI Action buttons don't appear on embedded lists.

Embedded lists are designed to show data from another table.
If you want to create new records in embedded list, then you will have to double click on "insert new row" from your 1st screenshot.
