Report on keywords in Work Notes with Change tickets

I want to be able to run a report that filters off of keywords from within the Work notes of the Change tickets.  I can't seem to find out how to do this.  Work Notes does not show up as a filtered option. Is there a way to do this?

For example:

Filter for the keyword "#changeallowed", this way I can find all changes I put this key word into the work notes.

Not much you can do here except to use the 'Keywords' option to search the full text of the table.

Can this be done from with the reporting feature of SN?   so I can run a daily report of changes that meet that criteria.

Yes.  The 'Keywords' filter is available from all lists (including reports).
