Restrict custom table record from global search?

Hi All,

I want to restrict custom table record from global search.

i have created one custom table provided some role. Who are having that role, they can only access. Others cannot able to access the modules but they can able to access records from global search.

For Example: I have created one custom module called 'HR' and given the custom role 'u_hr'.Who are having this role they can only acess.

now i am ITIL user i don't have that custom role(u_hr), So i am not able to access that module.

But if i have the record number(HR0001) i can able to access this record from global text search.

I want to restrict from global search(who don't have access to that module they cannot able to search form global text search)?

Kindly help me on this!

why not have query BR on that table to restrict the records based on your condition?
