@tushar_ghadage

I could find this is an internal plugin part of UI builder (sn_uibtk_media_beh) and it's free from ServiceNow.

check below link and raise a case with ServiceNow for the same.

those are custom application from client side which i was referring

this one i just mentioned as a example

@tushar_ghadage

the example you mentioned was not an ideal one to check the details.

But I will still suggest to check this

Please check if that custom app is built within your own instance.

To confirm this check the scope prefix and if it's same as your company prefix then it's nothing to do with store etc

did you purchase that app from Store?

If yes then reach out to your company's account representative and ask them to login and see if there is an update available to it

If yes then it should show in your instance.

actually i want to ask one question

actually i have requriment where email should get sent to group when attachment is added to the incident record

i have created a flow for that its working

but if i add multipal attachment then multipal should go with only respectively added attachment not every attachment should be added to the notification sent after adding an attachment

can you please help on that ??

@tushar_ghadage

please raise a separate question for this and share all the details as it doesn't relate to the current question being discussed.
