ServiceNow to OpsGenie Incident Response Orchestration Platform integration

Hi,
We have installed "OpsGenie Incident Response Orchestration Platform" in one of our dev instances, which is available in the ServiceNow store. But the OpsGenie has the limitation that it can not send any information about the source, that from which tool that particular alert was created. Hence we are unable to map those alerts to relevant company (as we have domain separate instance).
Does anyone has faced this issue earlier?
