Setting up notification for inactive incidents

Hi guys,
Trying to set up the notification for the incident inactive for 3 days. Below are settings under the inactive notification.
Also try to setup via inactive monitors but doesn't work.
Any suggestions would much be appreciated.

Do I need to create scheduled jobs or notification after creating an inactivity monitor?
It appears the job in the event log but can't see anywhere else or any link to notification for inactive incidents.

Hi, the inactivity monitor creates a sys_event and you then consume\use the event with a notification message. Basiclly the notification message follows the form of the one in your first screenshot.
