In Quebec upgrade observed that gearbox->Time zone dropdown is empty. Please can someone help?

Posting HI response for reference-This issue has been observed to occur in Paris and Quebec when NULL_OVERRIDE [sys_choice] for [sys_user.time_zone] is set to inactive = true.

We're tracking this issue internally under problem PRB1448481, and this should not be a problem regardless of 'inactive' field's value by the release Quebec Patch 3.

Hi Kieran, thanks for the response. Roles specified are admin,itil and we have it so good with roles.
However when run new SNC.TimezonePickerGenerator().getTimezoneList() in background script, it went ok in Paris (where issue does not exist) , gave error on Quebec (where issue exists)
JavaScript evaluation error on: new SNC.TimezonePickerGenerator().getTimezoneList() Root cause of JavaScriptException: java.lang.NullPointerException : java.lang.NullPointerException:
Issue exists for all users including admin and the property is not touched during upgrade. We have created HI case, will update answer once they provide for reference.

Hi, Please move System timezone from Available into "Selected", The time zone will display again.
