We have noticed a skipped log for multiple clients that point to this system property. This is updated by the system and the value on the property is not the same across the different client's instances.
We are unsure weather or not we should just accept the changes or not as there is no documentation that can point us to what the property is used for.

I've just upgraded to Quebec and have found the same skipped record. I'm wondering if it is a property that is updated every time an app client is processed....... maybe???

I just so happened to come across some other system properties that also start with sn_appclient and they belong to the private Scoped App Client which is part of the ServiceNow Store Application access, install apps Application Repository, etc.
So, it's a private app, with no permissions for me to update/edit, therefore I've marked that skipped record as 'Reviewed' and let it go.
Hope that helps you all.

Solved!!!
The value for system property > sn_appclient.last.processed.checksum is automatically updated when you access the Store, e.g. navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All
Therefore, it can be marked as reviewed.
