Software Installations / Software Installed

I have run into an issue once I turned the SAM plugin in on where it varies as to which list software is being shown.   This is specific to the computer class, some computers it is showing on Software Installations and on some it is under Software Installed.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be great!

Discovery with Software Asset Management


Yes, I did that already, I've done this several time.   The problem I'm having this time is some software stayed in the old table.   It's not all in the new table after I activated the plugin.

Are you running discovery? If so, from which platform application?

Sorry for the late response, it's been a month.   Yes, we are running ServiceNow Discovery.   I did have to submit a HI ticket.   The software was split between the two tables.   It was strange.   Deleted the software out of the tables, removed cache from discovery probes and software started coming into the right table.
