We had a user that witch their view on a RITM item to Self Service and cannot switch it back to Default.
How can I switch it back to Default when selecting View from the drop down and selecting Default does not work.

I worked with support and we made the following change that return me to the correct view. They are working on the cause but I have a viable workaround.
Navigate to the user preferences table and delete the view for that specific table

By any chance you have view rules setup?
If so, it won't allow to change the view.

Good question, but we have not made any rule changes that would include Views.

If there is "view_changer" role and also if there is no view rule on these table either.
How are you accessing the RITM list, is it thought a app module, can you check the link type, if there is a forced view attribute added in the URL
