The SLAs on SCTASK are clickable(hyperlink) but on INC, the SLAs are not clickable/hyperlink

Good afternoon.!
On SCTASK, the SLAs are clickable (hyperlink) but on INC, the SLAs are not clickable(hyperlink).

Verify List Control settings for the related list

Verify Omit links, Omit drill-down link is not checked and Omit links condition does not have any script defined.

@AbdurRahmanSnow As rightly mentioned by @Anand__99 in OOTB setup, the links on the Task SLA list is omitted via list control. Please follow the steps below to active them. Uncheck the Omit link checkbox to enable the links.

You need to uncheck the Omit Link option under the List Control for the related list.

• Navigate to an Incident record.
• Scroll down to the Task SLA related list.
• Right-click on any of the column headers in the SLA related list.
• Select Configure > List Control from the context menu.
• Ensure the Omit links check box is Unchecked.
• Ensure the Omit drill-down link check box is Unchecked
