Wanted to create a Approve and reject links in email. When a user/ manager who doesnt have approval license can directly click on that link to either approve or reject.

Hi
If you notice the solution proposed above, you will actually be not able to close just by clicking on the approve or reject button from the mail.
Once you click on the button, it will take you to your email app and have subject auto populated as Approve or Reject and once you send the email, and then you will have "Update Approval Request" OOB inbound action taking care of the state.

Select the text or picture that you want to display as a hyperlink. Press Ctrl+K. You can also right-click the text or picture and click the Link on the shortcut menu. In the Insert Hyperlink box, type or paste your link in the Address box.
