Try creating or activating the missing variables in flow.

I am receiving below error message in Flow designer. Prevously before Rome it wasn't throwing the below message as error. It is asking me to create/activate the variables. However, we do not need those fields on the catalog item visible to users. Please suggest if there is any other way to handle this.
 
Flowlogic [5] (If: {{f7da538a-31b5-4c4c-8d2b-189021917f08.requested_for.u_mailbox_orgcode}}=ACFS) references catalog variables that don’t exist or are inactive:
[requested_for] from Action 1 [Get Catalog Variables]
Flowlogic [28] (Else If: {{f7da538a-31b5-4c4c-8d2b-189021917f08.requested_for.u_employee_type}}=Contractor^{{f7da538a-31b5-4c4c-8d2b-189021917f08.requested_for.u_ad_department}}LIKEISD) references catalog variables that don’t exist or are inactive:
[requested_for] from Action 1 [Get Catalog Variables]
[requested_for] from Action 1 [Get Catalog Variables]

Hi,

I experienced this myself post upgrade to Rome. Two suggestions that worked for me:

1. Remove any references to inactive variables from your flow; whether they be data pills or references from any scripted fd_data objects. (Note: the error message you have should list the impacted steps i.e. Steps 5 and 28 at least).

2. If you still have difficulties saving / activating your flow in your 'Get Catalog Variables' action move all the selected variables to the 'Available' section of slush bucket and save flow. Then re-add them back to the 'Selected' section.

These 2 things worked for me.
