Unable to send mail from servicenow pdi to personal email id

I have created the below email accounts and trying to achieve outbound email from servicenow pdi to outlook .

But I am not recieving any emails and getting any below errors. (2nd Image).

Hi @Kishor O 

 

If you're trying to send emails from a PDI to a personal mail, then please note, that users aren't able to send email from PDI as ServiceNow removed the email accounts which was there. There has been found a workaround that you can see here:

@AndersBGS  I have created email accounts but it is showing connection success but not receiving any email and receiving below error.

I agree with @AndersBGS  but there is some solution to set up email.
