Hello,
We have upgraded the post production environment from Quebec to San Diego. Has anyone experience the following error message when booking an walk-up appointment? For further information, the error only appears when setting the appointment type to either in-person or remote. If we set to both then the appointment is working. Thank you.

Thank you for your help and we have found it was to do with the appointment type variable was the issue in the appointment record producer record.

Hi Jerry, detailed step by setp guide how to nevigate to record producer and what changes you made to fix the issue? I'm having the same issue. I opened a HI ticket with the serviceNow and they indicated the value for asset type is wrong.
