As I said, it is something core code which we dont have access or no docs available for same. In short the req. you are looking for not possible.

Regarding the document of ServiceNow https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/administer/exporting-data/..., they don't mention any function that we can only export form without related lists. So, I think it is impossible.

But, You can change to view without related list and export.

I think that is the core function, and we can not configure it. So it is impossible to achieve. Best Regards
