Where can I configure the catalog categories and catalog items that can be selected from the Service Portal?
There are catalog category and catalog item records, but some items are not displayed in the Service Portal...

Go to 'Maintain Items' module, where you can create the catalog items, link catalog items with categories and catalogs.
IMPORTANT: Link catalog items with catalogs (See below image)
After this go to 'Service Portal > Portals' module.
Open your portal.
In the 'Search Sources' related list add Catalog search source (See image below)
Now in the Catalogs related list add all the catalogs whose catalog items you wish to see in that portal (See below image)

Hi @ayano ,
You need to configure the catalog categories and catalog items in "Maintain item" and you need to select the catalog item and open the record. A field called categories you can choose your self and save the record.
You can see it on service portal.
If this not the issue.
Then open the form and under related tab you can see available for and not available for. may be you need to make it available for service portal.

After this go to 'Service Portal > Portals' module.
Open your portal.
