I need to change the default workflow for my service catalog. But I cann't find, where it is defined.
The default workflow is "service catalog request"

Hi,
This workflow is attached to Request table (sc_request)
Ideally there should be single workflow attached to Request table and you can have different workflows on RITM table based on the catalog item

Hi,
in left navigation type workflow editor; click on that module
search with name as service catalog request on right hand side and you should find it

This means I cannot change this workflow only for some catalogues and all service requests have to go there by?
