Which servicenow role allows for mass updates on selected tickets?

Greetings-

Do you know which servicenow role (non-admin) allows for mass updates on selected tickets?  I see that the ITIL role works from the list form view but to manually select 12 tickets at a time based upon updating the category would be cumbersome.  However, if we select a couple of tickets, click on the hamburger menu to Update Selected, so that it opens those tickets and we change Category to "Duplicate Incident" but we don't see the Parent field open on the form.  If the user goes into the individual ticket, the user is able to make those selections (Duplicate Incident and update the parent field).  I notice that servicenow admins can run through that same scenario and see the Parent field available.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.  The user already has the list_updater.  Do I need to tie the list_udpater to the specific Business service in servicenow?

No it works for all lists

If you tick multiple records than do update selected from a right click menu option you will get a form

This is a particular view, this governs what fields it shows

to be fair it's a ui page that renders a form but is the field there for an admin but not the user with the role?
