Why my list collector is not in alphabetic order ?

Hello,

i have make on order guide for choose software.

but the list collector is not in alphabetical order.

Go to that table and look at the list of those records with the filter applied the same as your reference qualifier for the list collector.

Then swap you language and check if the order changes.

 

We tend to get issues when the french guys create items in french but put the english translation in so the system doesn't have an english translation only a french one that is written in english.

The way to fix it is to go to the record as a user with english language replace the english save the record then swap to french and replace the label and save.

You may not have this it's just something we occasionally have issues with as lots of our devs have languages other than english as their main language

Are the records in the list collector translated records?

 

We sometimes get sort issues if the records were created by a non-english user without an english translation.

Sorry but i dont understand how to fix ...

I tried with english user all is ok.
