There is no issue, i am getting result in rest api explorer when i am trying in postman this is what i am getting as you can see in the pics.

What is the response you expect? Because on the very small images you shared, I do see a response 200, so successful?

Can you please check if your instance is hibernating ? I ran a test via Postman on your instance and it is giving me instance hibernating html page in response.
