Workflow Not Getting Attached RITM For Any Catalog Item

Hi All,

I have an issue where my workflow is not getting attached to my RITM. On further investigation, I could find out that this is not happening for just one catalog item but for every catalog item.

I also went ahead and checked my Request. There I can see that my Request Workflow is as below :

Can anyone please help me understand as to why my workflow is not getting attached.

Good information!

So is the step before the Wait for condition actually successfully performed? Is the RITM set to Complete (state I assume?)? Have you double checked the conditions on the Wait for condition?

If you Nudge the workflow, does it proceed than?
