Workflow Not Getting Attached RITM For Any Catalog Item

Hi All,

I have an issue where my workflow is not getting attached to my RITM. On further investigation, I could find out that this is not happening for just one catalog item but for every catalog item.

I also went ahead and checked my Request. There I can see that my Request Workflow is as below :

Can anyone please help me understand as to why my workflow is not getting attached.

This is the corresponding REQ of the RITM. The state is always in Pending Approval.

Even If I manually go ahead and make the Request - Approved, even then workflows are not getting generated.

Try finding the active context of the workflow (which is pending on the Wait for Condition), under Workflow > Active Context. There should be a UI Action "Nudge" there.

If you hit Nudge, is the workflow proceeding then?
