A large client has their knowledge articles in Sharepoint and Salesforce - They want to migrate to ServiceNow.
I am looking for a good third party tool like Knowledge Accelerators, HelpDesk Migration's Migration Wizard, PHPKB Migration Service.
or API, ETL (Boomi), Integration Spoke, ServiceNow Graph connector - what would be the best solution?
Client wants it easy and hence looking for a good third party tool. Please suggest?

we think you should leave the files where they are now, in SharePoint!
Leaving knowledge articles and files in SharePoint and using DTech Apps DocIntegrator to connect offers several key advantages over migrating them to ServiceNow:
- Scalability and Cost-Effectiveness: SharePoint is designed for large-scale document storage and is often more cost-effective for this purpose than ServiceNow's native storage.
- Robust Collaboration Features: SharePoint provides superior collaboration features like co-authoring, version control, and granular permissions that might be less robust or require more customization in ServiceNow.
- Existing Infrastructure Leverage: Organizations already heavily invested in SharePoint can continue utilizing their familiar platform, workflows, and security models.
- Reduced ServiceNow Footprint: Keeping large files in SharePoint helps maintain ServiceNow instance performance and avoids potential storage limitations or costs within ServiceNow.
- Simplified External Sharing: Sharing documents with external parties is often easier and better governed within SharePoint.
- Preservation of Existing Permissions: DocIntegrator respects and leverages the existing permission structures set up in SharePoint, reducing the need to redefine them in ServiceNow.
