Hi all,

I have created some article templates:

I also created a Knowledge base, and contribuitors groups.

When i imperson a contribuitor users, I can create a new article using any of global templates (example with How do I?)

But, when i try to use "Test template" which is created in Employee Center Core application, the user just see the following:

I know that every article template we create, has a related table created in "sys_db_object". I have checked it and the configuration is following:

Is there any other permission that i have to configure to allow users use that template?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Sumanth16 . I was trying to use KB Templates (I mean custom tables extending from knowledge).

I reviewed ACL, cross scrope, ui policies, etc. Nothing was found.

We decided to create a knew article template in global scope. That was the solution.
