I'm trying to complete the Legal Service Delivery Essentials course and installing LSD components to my PDI as I go along. I successfully installed Legal Conflict of Interest but once I launched the app and tried to select a COI, the drop-down is empty. When I installed the app, I selected to install Demo Data but clearly did not install it. Does anyone know why? Any idea how to get the values needed there which are Board Service, Outside Employment, & Personal Relationship without manually creating them??
Thanks,
Brandon

@Community Alums- did you check the conflict_type variable in the variable set 'Conflict of Interest Request Details'?
It is a reference and should be pointed to 'sn_lg_ops_subcategory' table where the parent category is 'Conflict of Interest.' This will show up underneath your 'Compliance' Practice Area Category, 'Conflict of Interest,' and there it should have 3 OOB subcategories. If it isn't there, verify you have Legal Request Management installed as well as Conflict of Interest. Go into the Conflict of Interest app manager page and click 'Repair.'

The options are actually part of the demo data from Legal Request Management. Make sure you had demo data installed from there. Or repair the application.

I did repair the application but that did not work. I tried the same in my Utah PDI and it all worked correctly there. So, even though it was designed for Utah and it says its compatible with Vancouver and WashDC, it really is designed to work best with Utah overall.
